Orders are shipped once a week. Once shipped, delivery usually takes few days in the UK, up to two weeks in Europe and up to ten days in the rest of the world.
Shipping fees may vary depending on your region.
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving the original order. Please contact info@sirocco-studios.com to process your return and refund.
Customised or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. We are not responsible for the loss of an item that you return to us or any damage caused in transit back to us. The items must be returned in the original packaging. We cannot refund any customs or tax charges incurred.
